To make it clear from the outset I own 3 Nomatic bags, the day backpack, 30L and 40L travel bags too. I’m mostly disappointed about their customer service in relation to my 4th purchase, a suitcase. I wanted to return the carry-on pro because there is literally ZERO room for clothes. The tech compartment takes up one entire side so there is no way you can get a pair of shoes, washbag and clothes in just one half. I’m trying to get them to send me out the carry-on classic and the customer service is unbearably slow to reply. It’s been 10 days since they confirmed the address I had already provided only to chase and the order is still being processed. No remorse. Fantastic quality products just awfully

I just purchased a Nomatic 40L online based on the marketing and their website reviews. Overall it was what I expected it to be, but 50% expensive compared to other high end backpacking bags. I still bought it, used it on one round trip flight within Canada, and the chest strap pulled off. I hadn’t even realized it was gone and that it was just clipped on so it could slide. Sent an email and never heard back. This is not the end of the world, but when a company markets theirs as the best, they better stand behind it. The chest strap would cost them maybe $5 in warranty, but just crickets from them. I am traveling Europe now and had to buy a competitive brand for comfort and weight. I am 35 days and bought another 40L backpack. Out almost $400 CAD and no chest strap. Will not recommend this bag. I can put up with faults in products, providing the company stands behind them. Not from guys who hide to save every penny on warranty. Sad day guys...to big to fast and you lost your pride along the way.

I have been waiting for my order to arrive for 3 weeks now, this is yet the worst delivery experience I have had in my life. my trip is in 3 days and I haven't received the bag yet. with the amount paid you expect at least a decent delivery service! I haven't received the bag yet but the overall service is not acceptable.

Please note "Excluding tax & shipping". Local VAT and customs is not included in the prices listed online. I was just charged an extra ~100USD in customs, because of an oversight from my side. I would expect a modern international webshop - with well produced internet videos - like Nomatic would be professional and calculate the actual selling price according to the shipping address. If I had known the total price of my purchase, I wouldn't have placed the order in the first place. Can't wait to receive the my travel bag.
