Received the bag and like most people was quite excited due to all the features. My excitement was gone after opening the box, the quality is terrible, stitching is crooked, laptop velcro closure is sewn on crooked, shoulder straps have virtually no padding for a 30L bag and will certainly not last. Getting to the laptop sleeve is not at all convenient, and for some strange reason there are all these white scribbles in marker throughout the bag that apparently don't come clean. I paid $260, honestly this would be a terrible bag at $100.

Nomatic are essentially liars. Avoid this company. Things break on this backpack and the generous-sounding warranty and support is completely bogus. Here is what they wrote to me: "Take your bag to a seamstress to be fixed." Incredibly rude and lack of help. I bought it directly on their web site, so this review IS from a bona fide purchaser. The rude message was from Jason S. from the Nomatic support team. Avoid these guys.

I was really excited for the backpack for it seamed it really solved many inconveniences of regular backpacks and I loved it when I got it. However after a year of use I take it back. For all non americans, the paper compartment is pretty much unusable. My documents are now all damaged. For a while I didnt know why but then i found out americans use not only different measurements but also different paper formats... God... Wider and shorter (and mathematically inferior). So standard international A4 paper does not entirely fit there. Please dont promote it internationally if you dont honor international standards... And if someone asks just why do we even care what systems and formats america uses, there you have it. It is well suited for 15'' laptop, but not its charger. They basically thought just about macbooks and omitted others. There is a very well thought out pocket for the notebook but there is no suitable pocket for a 90W adapter and its power cord. You basically end up putting them together into the "keyboard" pocket which is too deep for it. After some time I started hating it more and more. Guess what, outside US macbooks are minority... Those two things were my priority and its disappointing it didnt meet these expectations. This is not what I think of going all around the world to design the perfect backpack...

I recently purchased a travel pack from Nomatic with the hip straps, unfortunately the bag does not have the loops necessary to connect to hip straps. I've attempted three calls and three emails. Nomatic neglected to answer either of these. I waited Five days the auto response asked for 24-48 hours for a response. After 5 days, I initiated my return process. Luckily, it appears Nomatic makes money either way, as they won't pay return shipping for the defective product. I will be going on my vacation next week with my new osprey 40 liter bag. Nomatic has lost a customer. I found their bags to be unique, and I looked forward to using them. I hope as this company grows they attempt to improve customer service. As a side note in the time I waited for a response to my dilemma with the bag Nomatic was able to launch a new product 30 Liter bag and send me several emails for discounts and new product announcements. Sad customer service

I ordered 2 wallets and never got either. The company is a scam!!

We recently backed a Nomatic campaign for a “messenger bag”. During the campaign, they sent an offer for backers to pledge an extra amount to have a “travel bag” included. We have just recently received the messenger bag, however no travel bag. We contacted Nomatic, who simply stated that there delivery provider confirmed delivery. I sent them photos of the delivery slip attached to the box, showing that only the messenger bag was shipped. Still no travel bag. Seems like these guys are scammers.

I ordered a Travel backpack which I initially loved. However after 3-4 uses , the backpack snap fell off and the straps also completed detached. After contacting the customer service team, I was told to take it to a seamstress... Enough said.

This is review for the Nomatic logistics and not bag quality. Upon ordering and confirmation shipment 3-6 days, it did not ship after over 10 days. Ended up canceling order entirely. Can't tell if the bag is actually good or bad.
