was looking for the best value to dollar 3-5 day travel back pack as i like to have both hands free. a wheeled tag along in that size gets stuck or wont fit in the O/Head bin, and wheeled units are heavier and the mechanism for the wheels and handle takes up too much space. we ordered it on a sunday and on monday it shipped, but there was a back ordered additional item, so Nomatic apologized and it all came in a couple days later. I havent had a chance to over fill it or bang it around yet, but it is well built, the zippers are stiff but with out getting caught in a rain shower they look to be of good water resistance. the bag was not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.

I had a great experience shopping for a camera bag on the NOMATIC site. This bag will accommodate my photo gear and cloths for about 3 days. The McKinnon Camera Pack 35L was just what I was looking for and I got it for a great price. I had a question after I made the purchase and their "Customer Support Team" answered my inquiry very fast.

I’ve had a Nomatic. (Previously known as Basics) Wallet for almost 7 year now. Unfortunately no wallet is perfect and after ~2500 days of use the Wallet was stained and the elastic had stretched out a bit so I had to load more cards in than I wanted to keep everything nice and tight. I remember my lifetime warranty. It did take a while for the warranty to process and the first replacement went to my previous address from 7 years ago. Luckily customer support was very understanding and I just received my replacement. Love the minimalist wallet and will probably never return to a big bulky wallet again

I had an issue with my bag and could not find any record of when purchased or how. I spent some time discussing this back and forth with the team at Nomatic and yesterday a brand new bag arrived at my front door. Team, thanks so much for the support and patience in trying to sort this out.

I have been using the bag since their GoFundMe days. Since then, 5 of my colleagues bought the same bag and we absolutely love it. I travel a lot for work and by far, this has the best design, functionality, spaces, etc. I've done research on other bags and it's not as thought out as Nomatic. Go buy it!

This company offers quality products, and the customer service is top-notch. I had an issue with a backpack, and they replaced it no questions asked.

I was first introduced to NOMATIC back in 2018 when I bought one of their planners. It spoke to me straight away to see how much utility they could add to something as simple as a notebook. So when I needed to update my laptop bag and luggage there was nowhere else I was going to buy from. Bottom line upfront. NOMATIC is not cheap! But you get what you pay for in this instance. I know a lot of brands charge a premium and then don’t back it up. But NOMATIC more than back it up! The luggage is sleek, professional and as always with NOMATIC it is well thought out and gives everything you need with nothing you don’t. Finally, customer service (had questions about shipping, not product issues) was amazing. Prompt, professional response. I’ve already recommended NOMATIC to multiple friends and will continue to do so.

I purchased my Travel Pack backpack on February 8th of 2019. I decided to make this purchase after purchasing several moderately priced backpacks that just didn't hold up or weren't as functional as I had hoped. I travel about 8 to 12 times per year, both internationally and domestically and I use my backpack daily going to and from the office. So, I really give my backpack a work out. I can say that the NOMATIC Travel Pack has taken everything I've thrown at it and still looks great. It has only recently developed a problem with a zipper which I thought might need to be fixed before making the bag unusable. So, a few days before Christmas I emailed NOMATIC and prepared to wait for days before getting a reply and possibly even needing to send multiple emails before getting a reply. I have to say that I was extremely surprised when I received a reply email from NOMATIC in less than 5 minutes. Again it was just a few days before Christmas, and it wasn't an automated response! The email explained how to file a warranty claim, which was very simple to do. I filled out the warranty claim form and sent a few pictures of the problem and was told that I would get a response from the warranty department. For sure I thought I'd have to wait until after the holidays for a response. But no, the next day I received a response from the warranty department that my claim was processed and a new backpack was being sent out to replace mine. Then on Christmas Eve I received another email notification that a replacement backpack had been shipped! Now that is GREAT SERVICE! Great job NOMATIC and I will definitely be recommended your products to everyone as a brand that has great functionality, quality, and just as important superior customer service. KUDOS to the entire customer service team!
