Service is good when it works. It was Nearly impossible to cancel service when I no longer needed it. When I finally got ahold of someone after 3 months of trying to get someone, Logan was most helpful in getting the service cancelled. Update- requires you to return equipment before account will be closed. Got through all of the we hate to loose you. Are you sure you want to leave us pages, to be stuck on a perpetual load screen of generating you return label. Don’t use this company. Save yourself the hassle and get Starlink, it’s what you really want anyway.

You guys charged my card $165.86 on March 12th. Then, while dealing with billing support yesterday,March 21st I was charged an additional $104. The agent didn't even say that he was charging my card. Nomad is becoming a scam! Sam Fash was agent

I am not sure what has taken place at this company, but it is not the same as when I first became a customer. The internet itself is great. Does exactly as advertised. I live in a rual area with no internet access. I would love to give 5 stars but my most recent ongoings with them have been awful. I noted my bill was significantly higher than what I was quoted when I started. Called and was told I had add one that I did not add nor authorize. The individual I spoke with I could not understand nor could they understand me. Had to repeat multiple times some info. Seems like they could have cared less about helping me. Took forever to even find out if I could get credited on my account for the add-ons, and never really got confirmation if I was for sure or not. The next part could be just me, but it sounded like the mic they were talking to was in their mouth I could hear every breath and that didn't help with me attempting to understand him.

Logan smith made a mistake asking me to do the review while I was on the phone before I could get my email to confirm cancellation. Also good luck if you ever need tech support or customer service or the biggest INTERNET SPEED and if you cancel it’s 7 screens to say “no cancel “ while they keep dropping the price, ha! Then it take it forever to “generate” I shipping label and then it’s doesn’t so you have to pay $200 to buyout the modem!!! SCAM

The customer service is seriously lacking. I tried to cancel my service which took weeks. The customer service agent was rude and condescending which I do not appreciate. Never will I use this service again or do will I recommend.

So after trying to cancel for months and receiving absolutely the worse internet service, In my life time. I found that Nomad had a lawsuit against them for some of the reasons I had too! I ended up sending a complaint to the attorneys general office in Texas and with that came an email on Nomads behalf from Tiffany Clark lying saying I never sent the Modem which I in fact did, I even took pictures of the receipt as suggested from other people who were scammed by nomad. I also took a picture of the package being weighed. I took a picture of me on the computer getting research to print out the shipping label. After seeing the message from Tiffany Clark I set out to call the support team after months of their lines being down and was introduced to Logan smith, who frustratingly told me he was working on the matter, but told me he I could leave a 5 Star Review. Well Logan Smith you don’t deserve one, you were Asking me to repeat myself for the Tracking number multiple times, you were telling me you know you know you know, well I’ll tell you what I know and that’s customer service, and sir you need to work on yours and no plead for a 5 star review, you have to earn it. Not only do they treat their customers like garbage, but a lot of my other military buddies say that’s this is the worse service they have ever had. 1 star and thats generous. Good day.

After a month of having no internet service and trying and trying to get ahold of someone via phone call which had an automated system saying to email or get online and chat, which I tried those things multiple times with no results until I said I wanted to cancel my service for good which then I received a message back saying “how can we help resolve the issue” and when I replied “nothing please cancel my service” I got no response again! I tried calling again and until this week didn’t get an answer from them. We found another company to switch to that does it in our area and for cheaper and much better customer service. I was speaking with Logan Smith on the phone and after 10 minutes on the phone repeating myself that I wanted to cancel my service for good with them and send their stuff back to them he still was trying to convince me to stay. We have been with them since August 2024 and have had endless troubles with the customer service and had multiple modems because they either came not working or stopped working randomly and yes we had them where no one could ruin them. Thankfully they did say they would refund the money we spent on the last month even though we had no service so hopefully they will do that and I won’t have to fight it.

Worst service ever. I thought that I'd cancelled my account for service then I received an invoice for the modem. I wasn't told that I had to return the modem at that time. Then I was billed for the modem. I sent an email to the support asking them to send a box and shipping label to return it. I never got any response from the support. After calling to get someone to talk to I was put on hold and then referred to the cancellation department. When I told the person I just wanted to cancel they said they had to talk to a supervisor to do that and put me on hold even though I told them I just wanted to cancel. The person never came back to confirm the cancellation and then the line went dead. I suggest that you don't ever sign up with Nomad Internet.
