I had a router that stopped receiving…
I had a router that stopped receiving signals from the carrier. Sarah Night worked with me for 2 days, into the evening on the first day and then into afternoon the second. She had to patiently wait for me to screenshot results to her with a hotspot on low data. I live over 100 miles from any other towns, in the mountains of eastern Oregon. She never gave up and she guided me to fix the problem. No small feat because I am a senior with limited knowledge of tech… so I understood very little of what she was asking for me to do, and still don’t, despite this multiple step endeavor she was always professional and patient. I can only say that I am grateful and would recommend her as a customer service representative to anyone who truly needs help. Thank you Sarah!
