Excellent service and fast resolution
After a few frustrating interactions I finally got the help I needed. The customer service agent, Jack Brown, quickly found a solution and did what several other agents were not able to do. Great customer service, and took true ownership of my issues and got me a resolution I’m happy with.

Very helpful billing rep
My billing rep, Steve Wilson, helped me so much to clear up some billing issues I had. He was clear, precise and super friendly! He even called me back with the final info on all the billing issues. 😊 I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Olivia Edwards Nomad Internet
I received a modem that was not working, and I continued to be charged after trying to cancel service multiple times. It has been months since I've used the service, and I just was waiting on a shipping label in order to return the modem. Olivia was a big help in assisting me get a shipping label and helping get my refund for the months I was charged when not utilizing service.
