Before I ordered from them, I asked what carriers they used, as we have no 5G for Verizon in our area. They said they would ship two Sims with the modem and I could pick whichever had the better coverage. Paid for the modem and plan, and received a Verizon modem and Sim. After trying to contact through the non existent live chat, I called and told them I needed a tmobile Sim. They invoiced me a new modem for full price and told me that the modem was non refundable for the Verizon one. I am using it for the remainder of the time and sending back to them. Their phone support does not help, and they kept giving run around through email. DO NOT ORDER.

I was a customer for over two years and used the service for use in our RV. It is very difficult to get a live body to answer the phone and take care of small problems. I have to pay a $400 membership fee to join, and then purchase my modem. You cannot pause and unpause anytime you wish. You cannot pause service for longer than six months and you cannot pause for longer than three months. I wish I never would have used them. I had to return the modem I purchased when I cancelled to avoid being charged an additional $199.95 modem replacement fee.

Not great. It’s impossible to cancel. I’ve had the service about a year. They raise prices whenever they want without giving a reason. I called to cancel and they won’t discuss fixing my overcharges until I return the modem. I’ve been told 3x now that I’ll get a return label within 24 hours. No such luck, guess I’ll try again tomorrow. Seems like they are holding out so they can charge my card even more. They can’t seem to send my RMA but did find time to send an email informing me that if I try to dispute the charges they will fight it and put it on my credit.

I have been trying to cancel services since 3/16/25, I even sent modem back and they keep taking money out of my account and all I get is a runaround.

I have had Nomad Internet for 1 month. I. The 1 month they double billed me. I contacted them and was told the issue was resolved. 2 weeks into my service they sent me a collection notice and shut my service off. I called again and it hadn't been fixed yet so I spoke with another employee that turned the service back on and apologized and offered a $25 credit for the issues. A few days ago I looked at the invoice and I received a .50 cent credit. My bill was messed with from the start. I reached out to address the situation 3 more times and nothing has been done. I called to speak with a supervisor and was denied that right. The agents are unprofessional. One told me to relax. One told me I don't have an account. I have sent multiple tickets to disconnect my service because of the issues and they attempted to take 119 again today. The CEO doesn't have an email address listed or I would have sent him the information as well.

I called in and spoke to Logan Smith to cancel services because I no longer need their services due to moving. I have to tell him multiple times i have no need for the services anymore. He kept trying to just pause my services. Then he was hitting on me asking if I'm married and asking about my children. Saying how I sound too young to have children. Very unprofessional. Till this day I keep getting charged for services I don't even have anymore and now I ma having to close my card associated with my account.

Service was fine for what it was. Since closing it out it has been a nightmare to deal with these people. They consistently sent me emails about over due payments and threating action. Only to check back in on my account and with support to find there was nothing. Now as of writing this they have charged me a random 125.69 USD which doesn't even match up with the service I had with them. They are incredibly sketchy when it comes to their billing and customer support practices. I'd find someone else if you can.

Awful, I've requested to cancel since I get no service at my house, I haven't been able to use it since I got it, 5 months ago, they will not cancel my service and keep taking the $119 a month from my account.
