Jason Myra handled my billing questions and claims to have solved the issues. He was friendly and courteous throughout the call.

Sam Fash was very patient and persistent in fixing my incorrect billing issues and ensuring that I would be refunded for the overcharges.

Had an issue with my internet service. Contacted support and spoke with a rep that accused me of editing the invoice and re script that I downloaded from their website when I made my payment. He finally just disconnected. I then contact support again and spoke with Sam Fash. Told him the issue. He immediately came back and said yes your payment was made and within a few minutes had my internet back up and running. It is a pleasure to work with someone that is very professional and does their job and takes care of the customer.

Harry Jackson was very helpful in getting the return label I need to send my old router back.

Had some trouble with setting up my box myself and I gave a call to support. And Olivia Edward’s helped me get it setup no problem! What a blessing she is ! Thank you Olivia!!!
