I had a problem 2 days ago with my…
I had a problem 2 days ago with my dragon modem the power button and the Wi-Fi light were stuck solid red I did a couple things to try to fix the problem myself. The steps I took did not work today I got a hold of customer service the gentleman's name was Sam fash, he was able to help me with my situation within 10 minutes my box was up and running and I have internet again. I have now had the box for almost 3 weeks and so far so good with one little tiny hiccup and it was fixed within 24 hours. To be honest with you that's much better than Cox Cable and I can take my nomad in my car with me anywhere I go and use the internet in my car if I had to
