I chatted with Sam Fash to install a dual SIM card OMNI dual.
I chatted with Sam Fash to install a dual SIM OMNI card. That was simple enough. But the online documentation about the Omni dual program is severely lacking and it requires purchase of an additional network plan so it doubles the cost of the access. Sam explained all of this to me. I ended up not going with the Omni dual program at this time and then Sam helped me get the original SIM card to working again. Sam answered all my questions and was polite and helpful.

OMG..!! Sam Fash was the best customer service representative EVER..!!
OMG..!! My customer service representative SAM FASH was the most patient, professional, knowledgeable, and definitely made my day..!! Sam didn’t disconnect with me until my internet was working and it took 2 hours or so, and Sam didn’t mind!! Thank you so much!! I was going to cancel my service, but because of Sam, I stuck it through and I’m still a customer and will most likely FOREVER be a customer..!! And I will recommend you all to and everyone I literally know..!! Thank you again Sam Fash..!!
