Installation was sloppy with very little attention to detail Metal shavings from drilling left behind in engine bay driver side firewall / grease on driver side door arm rest / panel screw stripped that had never been removed and left on driver side floor mat. Installer stated it was like that. Instrument cluster light was out after installation, called customer service and explained the situation and the male representative was very rude and unfriendly. No solution or help from Ravelco was reached or offered.

The technician was very efficient in putting the system in. So far I haven't had any problems with this system. It's been just over a year and no one has tried to break into my rig.

The installers were great. They were quick, thorough, and professional. I have Ravelco devices on 3 of my vehicles. My truck was broken into a week after I had the device installed and they had no luck! Thank you Ravelco.

The guys that came out to our Jeep function installed at least 10 units. The install was clean, professional done, and quick. I love it and I’m planning to have one installed on my F250.

The installation was on time and efficient. There is little evidence that I have the unit on my vehicle, except when I go to start it and am reminded that I forgot to plug in the unit. My vehicle is a VERY popular vehicle to thieves as we live near the border. Apparently these 4X4 diesel 3/4 ton pickups are quite desirable in Mexico, but I now feel quite comfortable parking it anywhere, knowing it will not be stolen. The peace of mind is worth the price.

After having my F250 stolen and fortunately recovered, it was time to prevent it from being stolen again. Did a bit of research and found Ravelco and was elated to find out their installer would come to my residence and perform the installation. Tech was on time, courteous and his install was done in a timely manner. I don’t even think about even locking the truck anymore. I recommend this product to anyone who has an easy to steal vehicle, or had their vehicle stolen and we’re lucky to have it found in one piece. If you’re on the fence about this product, don’t delay. It may seem a bit costly, but it’s really a drop in the bucket considering the value of my vehicle and the upfitted equipment, which is all now welded to the frame of the vehicle.

Tech did not know which wires to jump only found one connection instead of the two that is advertised. Owner calls says they will get the diagram and come back to fix it. 7 months later still no follow up. Guessing they aint coming. They sure took my money though. Would not recommend.
