I placed an order with NOFLTRS on August 3, 2026, and was charged USD 45.92. After I waited without receiving valid tracking information, customer support told me that my order could not be delivered and recommended cancelling it for a refund. I agreed to the cancellation. On August 20, they emailed me confirming that the order had been cancelled and that the refund had been processed. They said it would appear within 3 to 5 business days. As of September 28, I have received neither the order nor the refund. The charge still appears on my credit card statement. I have asked the company for proof of the refund and a transaction reference so I can check it with my card issuer. This has been a frustrating experience, particularly because the company itself confirmed that it could not deliver my order. Update, September 28: NOFLTRS replied that they processed my refund on August 20 and said they would provide a transaction reference. They still have not sent me a reference number or any proof of the refund. This is the same problem I had with the order: I never received valid tracking information. I have contacted my bank, and they cannot find any record of a refund to my card. More than five weeks have passed since August 20. I need NOFLTRS to provide a verifiable refund receipt and transaction reference, rather than another assurance by email.

Hi, we can confirm the refund was processed on our end on August 20 once a refund leaves us it's in the hands of your bank or card issuer, which can sometimes take longer than expected depending on the provider. We're sending you the transaction reference directly so you can use it to chase this with your bank. Please reach out via the email in our website footer with your order number and we'll get that to you right away

Avoid! Read the reviews first and trust them! LONG ship time. Shirts are not oversized and not soft. Lettering is crap. Asked for return and said $39.99 return shipping fee for 2 shirts. What a joke.
Response from NofltrsSep 28, 2026
Hi, sorry for the experience that's not the standard we hold ourselves to. Just to clarify, since you're in the US the return shipping is significantly less than what may have been quoted. That said, we'd actually like to do better than that you can keep the original shirts and we'll send you a free replacement with the correct sizing. Please reach out via the email in our website footer with your order number and we'll get this sorted right away

I truly had a good experience with Nofltrs. I bought a hoodie and I like the material. It's not see through, nor too hot. I normally wear a sizer M and ordered a size S that fits me perfectly, as the hoodies are oversized. The printing of the sentence was also of good quality. It does take a little bit to get the package, though.

Love hearing this! 🖤 Glad the NOFLTRS hoodie hit on every level material, fit, print, all of it. And great tip on sizing down for the oversized fit, super helpful for anyone shopping. Worth the wait!

Terrible Quality and Terrible Customer Service. $40 for a t-shirt that you can see through, came from China, and fits as a crop top. Do not order from this company.

Hi, sorry about this a see through shirt that fits like a crop top isn’t acceptable at any price. Please reach out via the email in our website footer with your order number and a photo and we’ll get you a refund right away.
