I ordered 3 items to the UAE expected 8 to 10 days shipping. I tracked the shipping company which was 4px. The tracker said it arrived but nothing arrived. I called the company, their official company email says "address does not exist" so the email address is not real or cancelled. I called the 4px shipping company and no answer after trying for 3 days. I researched a bit and 4px mainly ships in china so I am not sure how they would ship to the middle east. After a bit of research it seems the shipping company does not really work outside of china. I contacted NOFLTRs asking them to help and they said they would look into it. Nothing after 10 days, I asked for refund but do not expect much. I do not want to say what it seems but looking at reviews I cannot be surprised. Just glad I only bought 3 items (2 technically since 1 was for free) instead of the six I wanted.

I placed an order with NOFLTRS on August 3, 2026, and was charged USD 45.92. After I waited without receiving valid tracking information, customer support told me that my order could not be delivered and recommended cancelling it for a refund. I agreed to the cancellation. On August 20, they emailed me confirming that the order had been cancelled and that the refund had been processed. They said it would appear within 3 to 5 business days. As of September 28, I have received neither the order nor the refund. The charge still appears on my credit card statement. I have asked the company for proof of the refund and a transaction reference so I can check it with my card issuer. This has been a frustrating experience, particularly because the company itself confirmed that it could not deliver my order. Update, September 28: NOFLTRS replied that they processed my refund on August 20 and said they would provide a transaction reference. They still have not sent me a reference number or any proof of the refund. This is the same problem I had with the order: I never received valid tracking information. I have contacted my bank, and they cannot find any record of a refund to my card. More than five weeks have passed since August 20. I need NOFLTRS to provide a verifiable refund receipt and transaction reference, rather than another assurance by email.

Avoid! Read the reviews first and trust them! LONG ship time. Shirts are not oversized and not soft. Lettering is crap. Asked for return and said $39.99 return shipping fee for 2 shirts. What a joke.

Terrible Quality and Terrible Customer Service. $40 for a t-shirt that you can see through, came from China, and fits as a crop top. Do not order from this company.

UPDATE September 28th: NOFLTRS replied here publicly taking "full responsibility" and promising a full refund to look good. However, days have passed and they are still completely ignoring my emails, and no refund has been processed. Their public response was clearly just a PR tactic. I am now proceeding with a formal chargeback through my bank/payment provider using their public admission of fault as evidence. I placed an order on August 24, relying on the explicit promise displayed on their product page: "All orders are shipped and delivered within 1 week of purchasing worldwide." I bought this item specifically for an upcoming trip. It took 18 days in total to arrive (delivered September 11)—which is a full 11 days past their guaranteed delivery window. On Instagram, their team admitted that the delay was caused by an internal manufacturing defect and re-printing issues on their end. Because of their delay, the shirt arrived long after my trip had passed, making it completely useless to me. I sent a formal return request to their email including a screenshot of the 1-week guarantee from their product page. Since this failure is entirely due to NOFLTRS’ internal delays, I requested a full refund or a prepaid return label without being forced to pay international shipping costs to their US facility. So far, my emails are being ignored. NOFLTRS advertises fast delivery timeframes next to the buy button to secure sales, but fails to honor them or respond when issues arise. I am posting this here so their team takes responsibility for my order immediately. If I do not receive a full refund or a prepaid return label, I will proceed with a formal chargeback through my payment provider.

Absolutely worst experience, I ordered something and canceled immediately as I didn’t want it. Notified the company straight away and they have said that the order has been fulfilled (within immediate notification from my side it is hard to believe that order gets fulfilled in that pace as I work in the logistics and deal with this daily). They have than never sent me the tracking update and I have emailed the customer support multiple times with no reply. Item arrived after 3 weeks with no notification and I asked for return i structions to which they replied they are no longer accepting return even tho the website states otherwise and I have sent them a screenshot and asked for explanation. They have not explained a thing simply saying in each email that they won’t accept it. They do not respect the customer and fake advertise.

Ordered 16 days ago. Being ignored. Missed the package for my trip - #FLTRS2719090. no updates. please avoid this company. I will leave bad reviews whereever I can until I am refunded. AVOID. THEY WILL ALSO IGNORE YOU ON INSTAGRAM DM.

I placed the following negative review here last week. They reply with the answer of sending them an e mail with the order number, which has been done weeks ago and also did that when they asked me to, after placing the review. Still no response. They are completely ot reliable, a terrible chinese company where they do not promise what they say. never ever order from them
