We have purchased shoes from No Bull for years after starting CrossFit a while back. I recently had an issue with the quality of the shoes after purchasing and they were more than helpful with a resolution and sending a new pair! I've never had any other issues and we love the shoes! Absolutely would recommend.

I ordered a pair of shoes because of a recommendation from a friend. I love them for my strength training. The pair I ordered was a little big so I went to exchange them and they did not have them in the smaller size. I contacted the company about returning them, but I purchased with a discount and the return process wasn’t simple under that circumstance. I emailed customer service and spoke with them several times in an agent kindly offered to make the exchange work for me letting me pick a different color and size that was available for me. They went out of their way to help me get another pair of shoes (without my having to go through the long process of returning, and losing my discount). Awesome customer service!
