This is by far the best company for athletic wear I have worked with. I bought a pair of men’s outwork and after 4 uses the gum sole had some separation. I submitted a warranty claim and by that evening a new pair of shoes was sent out. Not only did they offer a new pair, they gave me suggestions and advice based on my workout routine and body type. I will be a forever NoBull customer.

NOBULL did not hesitate to offered either a complete refund or credit for the amount for a new pair. I am an international customer and Eloisa helped me navigate the international shipping process and provided tracking details all along the way. I had an issue with my second pair of journeys which happened on my first pair too, but thought that one was a fluke. When I reached out to customer support, they not only took care of the problem at hand, they wanted to know all the details about what happened and see the pictures so that they could report it and look into correcting the issue. I just ordered two more pairs as I have faith that they made changes. No defensive talk, no problems, just honest curiosity and support. They are polite, respond quickly and are super effective. Thanks NOBULL for standing behind your name!! I also just reached out with a question regarding shoes for my son as I was looking for a specific fit for his insoles and they responded so quickly I thought it was an automated response that they would “get back to me within three business days”. I almost deleted it, but then realized it was a respectful, informative and helpful response. Not to mention their sneakers are one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I have ever owned.
