I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. My initial order wasn’t shipped for three weeks, and I received no refund despite repeated follow-ups with customer support over the past two weeks. In frustration, I placed a second order with express shipping to ensure it would arrive before Christmas. To my surprise, the company shipped the original order the very next day, and refuse to refund me of the past order. Conclusion : I will have waited 1 month for my order, that I had paid twice. I waisted hours of negotiation for never gave justice with the scamy support ... Nobull is just a scam. Run away !

As per previous comments. I too have purchased item in the sale, wrong size, I ordered a uk size 5 and it came as us 2.5. ( my mistake, though I didn’t realise till trainers arrived and I e- mailed) They won’t exchange even though I was happy to pay postage both ways. They said system won’t accept return in a final sale. So I too am stuck with 2.5 size trainer and £83 out of pocket. Terrible service, no goodwill on sale items !! Oh I was offered 20% off my next purchase,……errr I don’t think so !!!!!! You’ve lost me as future customer, such a shame !! 😡

I purchased from this company earlier this year and all went well. I then purchased again in the sale in October. I selected the correct size and they sent the wrong one. I emailed last week and still no answer. The item aren't exchangeable however you have no recourse to contact them when they are the ones who messed up the order. So I am down £120 down with size 3 shoes which don't fit me. I can't get the company to resolve their mistake.

Ordered from the UK version of the site, they sent the wrong size shoe which are unreturnable as they were on sale. Terrible company policy would not recommend wasting your time or money.
