The new styles are all generic and ugly. As you read the description, they keep using the word “shit”. I think they’ve hit the nail on the head! I used to like this brand but they seem to have fallen under the voodoo of very bad marketing. Is SHIT supposed to be cool? NoBull is making themselves look bad. I won’t be ordering their shoes in the future.

Attention au faux site français, j’ai fait une commande, au moment du paiement via PayPal, les frais de livraison doublent sans raison. Ça m’a mis la puce à l’oreille, me suis rendue compte que le mail du service client ne répondait pas. J’ai pu me faire rembourser parce que j’étais passée par PayPal mais sinon j’avais 74€ dans le c*l !!!

I purchased four items from this company and kept all except for one item. The items were reduced in price. However, when I wanted to return one item, men’s camo jogger, I was told by NoBull that I could not return the items as they were in the ‘sale’ and not returnable or refundable, they said this this was stated on their website. I have since found out that what the company are adverting regarding returning sales items is actually against UK rights under the ‘Consumer Rights Act (2015)’, I was entitled to a refund on the joggers that were too large. I wasted £52 and am out of pocket. I still have the joggers unworn and in the packaging. I wasted offers a small discount but I am disgusted with this company and the immoral standards and attitude that I would never buy from them again.

I ordered tee shirts from this company several times at regular price. They would advertise flash sales and I would always jump on them. I have an account with Nobull. But when I'd try to enter the discount code, it was like I was blocked from getting the discount. When I called in and the customer service person, they could never figure out why I couldn't get the code to work. By the time they got done "troubleshooting," it was always the same story: "Oh, sorry. We just sold out of your size." They even tried to take my order manually one time, but the same thing happened. So this time, when they sent out the mass email, I didn't hesitate a second. I ordered a pair of blue midnight knit runners I've tried to get now three times! This time, I GOT THEM! I was so happy to have an order placed. I even got a confirmation email. "Thank you for your order! We’re working hard to get it to you quickly and will send a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details once it ships." They even gave me a $5 loyalty reward, which they took back! Over two weeks passed and I hadn't received them. I used the tracking link they sent, only to find out they had canceled them and refunded the purchase price. I have to think this is not coincidental; it's deliberate. For whatever reason, this company had blacklisted me from ordering from them, and I have no idea why. I got no notice from Nobull about the cancelation, no explanation, no apology. They just don't care. I'm donating my 18 Nobull tee shirts to Goodwill. I have never despised a company more.
