Had an issue where my white shoes were shipped with black paper, which caused some of the ink from the paper. The transfer onto my shoes. Reached out to customer service via text. Had the great pleasure of speaking with Irece, who was tentative and offered solutions throughout the conversation. My issue was resolved and I was impressed with the customer service that Irece provided!

I received a pair of No Bull shoes from my daughter for my birthday. They were a half size small and I had been looking at a different color. The return info said I couldn’t get a refund or exchange. I decided to text customer service. I was connected to Jenel and she was so very helpful. She worked it out for me so that I can get a different pair in a bigger size. I’m so happy and looking forward to my new No Bull shoes! Thanks Jenel!

I emailed the company due to a concern about my shoes. Anne was quick and efficient and so easy to work with. She resolved my issue easily. These are the most comfortable shoes I have had and I'm glad that the customer service went along with it!

Always fantastic shoes with fantastic customer service, my girlfriend’s shoes were wearing out in an odd spot, let them know about it and they took care of us quick and easy! Absolutely getting more shoes this holiday season :)
