I have ordered a number of items from Nobull and loved the products. However having recently purchased some trainers that I needed to exchange due to the size. Despite multiple contacts, I’ve had no response. If you’re in the US you can arrange an exchange online, as I’m overseas the only option is to contact them directly to arrange the exchange. With no contact back, I’m stuck with lovely, expensive but too small shoes and a very bad taste in my mouth. I’ll never order from Nobull again!

Returned unused shoes they sent me an email confirmation of receiving the shoes and still continue to give a hard time returning the money. Customer service is the worst! No human being to contact only a text that they check once every 48 hours and one girl who checks emails and has ZERO common sense about what she is doing. Ripping consumers off. I reported them to the BBB. Still waiting for my refund!

Be aware that sizes on their site are US size and not UK even though the price shown is in Pounds. When asking for an exchange unless you are a US customer you will have to pay for the return. I didn’t ask for an exchange and just a refund, I got less money back as they refunded in US dollars and the exchange rate was different so I am now over £30 out of pocket. Do they care??? No they don’t - just an apology and blaming everyone else.

Don't by shoes from NOBULL. The shoes are so bad that I couldn't run more than 1K before I had to turn home. I posten a review on their website but it never came up, so I did it again and the same happened. I believe all the reviews on their website is fake. The service was really bad. I had to pay for the shipping back to USA if I wanted to buy a new pair for 20% discount. I could write for hours about the quality or lack of it.

After paying £40 to send the wrong size shoes back that I ordered their from confusing website, I still haven’t received a refund and they’ve had the shoes back for a month now. Still emailing back and forth no help. I love the shoes but I won’t be ordering from them again. Disappointing a big company like theirs has a terrible customer service.

You have to sign up to a newsletter to even enter the site. It is very expensive. I ordered over two weeks ago and still haven't got my order. I've tracked my order and it's been sent to Sweden first (my country), then in the wrong direction to Denmark and then back to Sweden again. I'm starting to lose hope that I ever will get my stuff. Overall it is NOT WORTH IT ordering from NOBULL. After all this I will never order from here again even if the clothes is amazing when (if) I get them.
