I have a pair of the trainer's Heathe black.... very hard material and fabric near shoelace is coming undone. My spring blue trainers got a hole in the right toe frabic after 8 months. Horrible for running. My swirls are barely used so they still look new. Going back to reebok trainers. Mess Nanos 4.0 :(

Absolutely agree with all the comments on here. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. On top of the poor customer service and expensive return cost, they are now only refunding me the cost in $ and not £s which is what I ordered them in meaning I am now £50 down not including the shipping cost. I will NEVER buy from them again!

I was going to buy from No Bull, because thier shoes look nice, but after reading all this bad reviews, im not going too. A good company would atleast answer the reviews, and try to make up for it/do better....

terrible customer service if you are a UK customer. Any return even if its not your fault has to be returned to the USA at your own cost, so an item of £100 would cost you £32 to return by royal mail. They wont exchange goods for UK customers either. Easy to make a mistake when ordering on the web site too beware that sizes are not converted to UK sizes ( it is shown but in light grey small text that's not obvious to see) .When ordering at the basket the UK size is not shown so you may still think you have ordered the correct size when paying for the goods, even though the currency is converted to Gbp and looks like you are on a UK converted web page. Costs are also converted to dollars, when you go to the checkout ,so when you select some items in GBP they are converted to dollars and may not be the same price. Any attempt to talk to customer services about this just results in Nobull justifying them self's and not concerned with the customer at all.

The most terrible customer experience They are self centered US company with no international sense. After waiting 10 days for my order, I received the wrong size, and yet expected me to pay for the cost of return to the US (50 pound for 130 pound runners). The returns instruction in the delivery slip are for US customers, I had to send 5 emails before getting any response. Totally unfair that I have to pay for the return for a mistake they did. Do not use them. They re arrogant US company with terrible customer service.

I ordered my shoes (listed as in stock on the website) ELEVEN weeks ago. They still have not shipped. I have contacted customer service 5 times. Each time they give me personal identifiers of a person that isn’t me and say “they have already arrived to you, why are you complaining” and then when I tell them that it’s the wrong person they tell me they will ship out the next day. They also won’t let me cancel my order. I hate this company.

Don't waste your money. I was excited about the brand, the shoes and the colour. I got the order with in time. Prior to ordering I checked and ordered a pair of womens size 7 which is a men's 6. On receiving I found the shoe to be tight and noted that the box was marked womens 7 and mens 5.5. As I was paying in Canadian dollars I had already paid $169. I made contact over the chat feature and I was told that the return shipping has to be out of pocket. Now I am over $200 for a pair of shoe and they won't honour the store credit or have any flexibility to accommodate. I guess if you are not a pro athlete you are SOL with no bull.

Same issue as everyone else! Fortunately Just pay on your credit card and charge it back to them. Really bad customer service and won’t be visiting them again! They’ll never do well in the UK WITH ATTITUDE LIKE THIS TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMERS
