Plenty of Bull from these clowns. Order was placed and seemingly arrived in the UK within a few days. Past that point tracking did not update and shipment must have been lost. Customer service via web chat were pleasant but totally ineffective advising to 'wait a bit longer'. Updates promised by email did not get sent. I requested a refund or reshipment of the goods - neither were provided. Ended up having to open a case with the credit card company to get my money back. Avoid!

I made my first and only purchase from NoBull. I ordered a pair of shoes as a gift (clearly marked on order) and they sent a text to the recipient thanking her for her order. 🤬 I can only communicate via text and their only response was “sorry, hope she has a good birthday.” There was nothing other than an insincere apology and nothing to try to find a solution and certainly no incentive to have me reconsider using them in the future. I try to give people chances and extend some grace when mistakes occur, but they seem to only be after collecting nearly $200 per pair of shoes and on to the next customer.

I posted a negative review on their site and they have not posted it for others to see. When you read the reviews on their site you would think their shoes are the best thing since sliced bread... not the case. They screen out all the negative reviews.. misleading customers ... brutal .. zero stars

Like everyone else I got caught in the trap: website shows everything in GBP and looks UK based. But it’s not: wrong size, free return only for US, 50£ for insured return, possibly additional VAT. I’d say the lack of clarity on the website is intentional, and it’s very much unfair.

Have not received the product yet but I needed help from customer service from a very frustrating ordering experience. Customer service was even worse. Hopefully if you order you don’t need any help. I will never purchase from there again!!! Highly do NOT recommend! I would give zero stars if possible.

Très très mauvais service clients. J'ai commandé une paire de baskets, et je me suis trompée de taille car le site ne précise pas sur toutes les chaussures, quelle taille ils utilisent (UK ou US). La livraison est censée se faire dans les 4 à 10 jours. Cela fait 9 jours et toujours pas de nouvelles sur l'avancement de ma commande. Quand je contacte par mail ou chat le service clients, toujours la même réponse, voir aucune réponse (réponse automatique qui vous fait croire que c'est un employé qui répond). Pourtant, ils ont bien débité les 160 euros. Pour une marque aussi prestigieuse qui sponsorise les Crossfit Games, c'est une HONTE. Ne commandez surtout pas sur ce site. Et si je n'ai aucune réponse d'ici quelques jours, c'est à Test Achats que je ferai appel et dénoncerai leur pratique.

I purchased three pairs of shoes, and the one pair I tried on seemed like China-fake shoes in very cheap quality (cost is 129 USD): 1) selected the wrong size, as the EU WEBSITE displays sizing in US sizes - how would you expect that after selcting EU WEBSITE 2) products returned are not confirmed when received at company location, not are they refunded 3) no response to emails sent as directed to connectATnobullproject.com - 3 emails sent, no response 4) no confirmation or response to messages sent via website contact form - 2 contact forms filled out, no response 5) you have to spend and enormous amount of time to get your money back by using the chat agent (at the time I had already initiated a fraud claim from my bank where the purchase was made via credit card) 6) if your customer service was as good as your marketing department and all the sponsored CF athletes you would have an excellent company, though that is not the case 7) in all honesty, I will never consider bying something again from this company, nor would I recommend anyone else to 8) I understand why Nobull will not take ownership of this Trustpilot account

Pain in the butt company. 1000 people in marketing and probably 1 in the factory. Got a "free" t-shirt. Turns out you still pay taxes and shipping. Then it takes them over 2 weeks to ship it. When it doesn't fit you have to pay the shipping back and won't get the shipping and tax back. Very bad.
