I have purchased over a dozen shoes from NoBull both for my kids and myself. They have always been of the highest quality and have lasted much longer than the traditional gym shoe. This last purchase however the glue in the front of the right shoe came loose about a month in. I took a picture of it, sent the photo into as a response to an email I had received from NoBull. I sent the photo on a Friday, heard back on a Saturday, and by Monday had a new pair being sent to me, no questions asked. I feel like standing behind your customer and your product like that is a dying art in the world. I am glad to see NoBull knows how to treat their customers.

5 stars! All the way! I appreciate that NOBULL stands behind their products. I had a pair of Outworks that were just out of the warranty period but recently went through the warranty process anyway. I took great care of them and ONLY wore them at the gym-never outside. The heel padding started to compress which appeared to be a defect since the rest of the shoe was in perfect condition. The defect was surprising to me because my NOBULL gear has lasted through A LOT of tough workouts. NOBULL responded and took care of the issue within a day. Thanks again for your prompt response and going above and beyond to take care of me. You have earned and retained a loyal NOBULL customer.
