I have ordered various items from NoBull over the years. This past order contained an item that I failed to try on as I assumed it was the correct size. When I did finally try the item on it was one size too large. But I was past the return window. I contacted the company and was immediately put in touch with a customer representative Ann, who handled everything quickly and professionally. She provided me a courtesy return. I have always loved the items that I have purchased from NoBull, and the customer service is excellent.
