NOBULLReviews of nobullproject.com

So glad I read all these reviews. After seeing how bad the UK customers have been treated by customer services I won’t be buying, I won’t even consider Wit-Fitness either. I was so close to ordering what would have been the wrong size like many others with it not being clear on the website they’re US company and sizing. Lucky escape. A decent company would take ownership of a review site that they can’t influence by removing negative reviews like they do on their own website. Says it all really. Despise scam tactics to make sales.

My mistake for not checking reviews.. they have no local return service and expect customer to return at own cost. Sizing is not true to size - no bull! BullS service.. not recommended.

Purchased a pair of blush knit runners for a Christmas present, received a pair of black mesh glitch runners instead. That's a pair of shoes that are $10 cheaper than what I paid. When I emailed the company, they were rude as heck and wanted me to pay for return shipping to fix their mistake!! What the heck! Pathetic customer service. ALL bull****.

After 10days my order is still in pending state. The customer service do not respond to my queries. Do avoid these clowns

Wrong size sent. I’m a size 10 UK and was sent a size 13! To rub salt in the wounds there is no returns label provided, nor UK or EU hub, so it cost me £35 to return them…plus the CO2. There’s no tracking of their shipping from the US either so it all feels a bit pot luck.

They are complete thieves. Paid for one of their shoes as a Christmas present and still have to hear anything from them. Tracking shows only that label for shipping has been created and nothing else. The customer service is condescending and when you ask questions they only provide half pre made answers that do not address the questions whatsoever. Last to emails did not even receive a response. My mistake was not to read these reviews before purchasing and believe that such a big brand that sponsorizes official events could behave so infamously towards clients
