Absolutely shocking that this company is allowed to sell in the UK and to Europe. I’m composing to Trading standards. They provide misleading information and send you incorrect sizing and if you wish to return this will cost you between £40-£50 out of pocket for their mistake. To make matters worse read many reviews where customers have paid this only for returns to not be refunded or on other occasions refunded the US $ amount at that time (not the exact purchase price) in some cases being a further £40 loss. A hugely long, time consuming and stressful experience. A warning to anyone If you are not in the US and visit this website you will assume they are a Uk/European company with an EU division as everything from sizes to price is in sterling GBP and they provide UK EU sizing. I added my correct size to the basket (an EU38) UK 5, at confirmation it removed the UK 5 tag which is fine as it clearly stated still that ordered a woman’s EU38. A universal size equivalent to a 5 and the correct size. They sent me a shoe labelled an EU38 but it is not an EU38 it’s an EU 37.5 and UK 4.5. Not my fault but like others found that they are aware their sizing is misleading but continue to trade like this. They refuse to satisfactorily resolve the issue they have created. It’s almost as though their business strategy is to palm off their sub par and unsold sizes to the UK/EU markets knowing they will be hugely out of pocket to return them so that they can off load this stock and hope the bad PR won’t effect their US business. I’m appalled and gutted I had not seen these trust pilot reviews before I purchased. I hope I can save someone else the trouble. Trading standards need to step in with this company. America seems to pride itself on their great customer services and yet this US company is beyond unscrupulous in their advertising and practices. I was told I could always web chat them to check sizing before ordered ignoring the fact that there shouldn’t ever have been a need to check sizing when I know my shoe size and ordered the correct size advertised by them only to be sent something different. I was told to re order a EU 38.5 which is NOT my size because according to them an EU38.5 is a UK5???? In what universe??? Not credible and you’ll never get your money back. AVOID. Less than 1 star should be an option. They eventually offered me a 20% discount on another pair which doesn’t cover my expenses and I’ll never use because I do t want to be in the situation others are where they were 2 shoes in and had lost even more money and not got their original refund!

I ordered two pair of shoes 2 months ago, non has been delivered, when they answer they blame the delivery company, but they don't give me a tracking number of the name of the shipping company, and Now they don't answer any more. It a scam company runned by criminals , probably in China.

I paid for expedited shipping in which I did not receive. once I got the white shoes I ordered (late) they were easter YELLOW! I wish I was making this up but they have completely false advertising don't expect your shoes you order to be the color of the shoe in the picture. and now that I have returned them I'm living in a nightmare. At this rate I will not receive my refund for another month. they have no phone number and no support from customer service. I feel like I was scammed. I have let the company know that since Im getting the run around my only other option is to dispute the $170 charge with my bank. It is absolutely insane that this is the only option I am left with. just trying to spread awareness. they should not be able to get away with what they do. this is my first review ever for any company because I am someone who normally just doesn't care enough but never has this happened to me. you CAN NOT keep someones money for over a month.
