I unfortunately ordered but no shoes yet and nobody answer to my email 😡

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never received my order and customer service tells me they will open an investigation AFTER 10 days after when I should have received the product. I opened a dispute with my bank waiting for a refund from NOBULL After talking to them, they informed me that they won't be able to refund me the money, since there is a chargeback. I called my bank, I canceled the chargeback, that same day, my bank informs NOBULL that the chargeback has been canceled. NOBULL says that they never received any notification... My bank sends it AGAIN 10 days later... and the same situation.. My bank tells me they are NOT ACCEPTING the payment!!!! NOBULL is not doing ANYTHING to resolve this matter. One representative threatened me, saying that "IF YOU WIN THE CASE..." after 75 days, a refund will be issued... Are you serious right now????? NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Regretfully have to complain about the totally dissatisfactory experience of returning items from outside of the US. It’s taking so long and apparently my T-shirts have not yet been received (6 weeks later), I am not confident they know what they are doing at all.

Avoid at all costs - I wouldn't buy from NoBull again if they were the last company on earth. Shipping to Ireland takes a month. I had to return 2 pairs of runners to get the right fit (not in itself a problem), but having sent them back in January and still awaiting my 2 refunds in March I had to follow up. I was advised then that my refunds would both be issued within 24 hours (what an incredible coincidence). I received 1 refund 10 days later. I gave it 2 more weeks and followed up on the 2nd refund only to be told that it had never been processed. This is 31 Mar. They received the return in Jan. Customer care refused to put me in touch with a manager or supervisor to escalate my complaint, advising that I email it to a generic email address. Still awaiting my 2nd refund. Never again!

I have the same issue as many others. I returned a pair of shoes because they were super narrow and hurt my feet! 20 business days later no refund and they give me a generic answer that it is still processing. Honor your website statement of "UP TO 10 DAYS" Its not like I am waiting on $30. Its like $130 of my money they have tied up!
