Great customer support when I made a mistake on the website.

Customer service is top notch!

I was looking forward to my new workout shoes but was extremely disappointed when the package was not on my porch. I reported what happened to NOBULL and they responded immediately in a positive manner by replacing my lost/stolen package. I was very impressed with their customer service.

Everything is great; the product was perfect I just had a small issue, Jett helped me out, he was helpful and super nice and it was resolved quick. A great brand doesn’t mean no problems, it’s solving them properly if they come up, and they were super effective. Thank you again

I received excellent customer service from the No Bull team when I had an issue with an order and return. Additionally, the sneakers are incredible and I got a great deal on Black Friday. I will definitely order again.

I love the products! Getting the orders to Norway takes usually 3 days! Customer service are really quick and helpfull.

When I tried to return a pair of shoes online, I became very frustrated because I could not speak with someone and could not seem to get my order returned. I placed an online ticket and Anne reached back out to me within minutes. She was great to work with and helped me very quickly. She definitely made the whole experience turn around and got everything resolved within 30 minutes. Even though I think it would be easier to be able to speak with someone Anne was awesome.

I ordered some new workout shoes that were beautiful but unfortunately too large. Upon contacting the customer service representative, Anne, my issue was quickly resolved after a few questions. Anne was efficient, prompt and caring. I sincerely appreciate how quickly my concern was resolved.
