Believe the rotten reviews. I bought a pair of Nobull trainers in the past. I wanted to make another purchase but the customer service is pathetic and it takes days to get precise responses. They have no telephone support on purpose. That is so they can save money and you are out of luck trying to get a response concerning information or if there is a problem. They just lost me as a customer here. Too cheap and arrogant.

Just been scammed out of £106 and been delivered of a cheap s**t brown wallet. Even though it was delivered using a tracked courier they say they will only give a refund if received back by them snd they don’t advise. Instead why not keep the cheap s**t wallet snd we will let you keep it for a discount if 35.8%. Bulls**t more like. Extortion. Now been blocked from the domain. Make sure you use only the official Nobull project.com website - that’s where I thought I’d ordered. I wish I’d known before.

Poor communication, I ordered a preorder item to be dispatch at the end of August. It in now the end of November and nothing. I chased the order in September to be told it would be dispatched in 3 weeks. But nothing, I emailed last week to get a generated response. I checked my bank to find a refund minus the vat. So I'm now out of pocket and NoBull has lost me as a customer.

Worst customer experience I have had in years. Do not purchase from this company. Every response from them is a canned response despite them saying they are connecting you with one of "their rockstars".

SCAM, never got the 3 pair of shoes I ordered. And now they've closed the domain and I can't even mail them anymore. At first I could, but they don't reply, and now the email bounces. TOTAL SCAM.

Order a $170 pair of shoes including $30 postage and handling, waited 2 months to which I contacted them and got a return email from a very unusual email address the writer had poor grammar and terrible english saying it was coming from China, when infact the shoes should have been coming from inside Australia. They told me the goods were in transit, a 3rd month went by..... Finally got my package.... It was a Wallet in the mail..... Not shoes a F#$KING WALLET!!! THE CHEAPEST WALLET YOU HAD EVER SEEN AS WELL. Contacted them again and they never got back to me.

ordered 4 pairs of shoes from the very legit looking nobull-au.com/ website, received a blue scarf in the mail. I contacted the company using this email address mailbox @ bestofcustomerservice.com and they say it was a mistake but they have no stock of any of the shoes i ordered and offered me a 35% refund. Obviously i have not accepted this offer, i should recieve a full refund if they have no stock. This is a very well orchestrated scam site, beware, don't buy from them.
