I too unfortuantely have been scammed from what appeared to be a legitimate Nobull website nobullauonlineshop.com, This website is still active and is one the top hits through a google search for Nobull. The product I had ordered was during a black Friday promotion it was through a black Friday promotion, took over 3 weeks to arrive, transacting debiting bank was based in China. The product that arrived was a Black Leather wallet.

J'ai commandé 2 items le 30 Juillet 2022. Un seul est arrivée, je contact donc le support quelques semaines plus tard pour savoir quand arrivera le second. Il n'arrivera jamais, et donc NOBULL me propose un remboursement sous 3 à 5 jours. Ce remboursement n'arrive pas non plus, après vérification, et de nouveaux échanges avec le support, NOBULL m'indique qu'il vont relancer une procédure de remboursement. Après une dizaine de mails, nous sommes en Décembre et je ne suis toujours pas remboursé. Cette marque est censé représenté le CrossFit, est c'est vraiment une honte, je n'ai jamais connu une entreprise aussi peu responsable de ses commandes, un S.A.V aussi peu soigné et impliqué, et pourtant je commande régulièrement sur internet. Je déconseille vivement de commander chez NOBULL, c'est une pure arnaque, je soupçonne que le S.A.V et la marque ait comme politique "d'oublier" volontairement des commandes et remboursements en espérant que le client oublie aussi. C'est vraiment irrespectueux de faire trainer les commandes et les remboursements, non seulement le client n'est pas satisfait, mais en plus il doit perdre du temps à écrire des mails, vérifier ses comptes, et relancer le support. Le tout sans que jamais AUCUNE contre partie ne soit proposé par le support. En sachant que j'ai pris l'initiative de proposer un remboursement par carte cadeaux sur le site qu'ils ont ignoré. Au regard des autres notes sur Truspilot, c'est certainement une des pires entreprises sur internet. Amis CrossFiters il existe beaucoup d'autres marques sur le marché, passez votre chemin sur celle-ci.

HORRIBLE customer experience. I had a very lengthy chat with them trying to exchange the shoes I bought for the same one in different color and getting the same offer that existed when placing my first order. They refused and the agent was only looping around that I can return the one I have for a refund as if they'll be doing me a favor giving my money back if I chose to return it. Very very poor experience that I expereineced in a very long time.

They failed to ship my order and after a multiple reminders just cancelled it. The worst communication and attitude ever. Never again.
