NOBULLReviews of nobullproject.com

Ordered a T-shirt and after I paid I realised they had added a £6 shipping protection fee. probably a box I hadn't unchecked. so added to the £5 shipping thats £11 so far The t-shirt was tight so I wanted to exchange it, but you can't exchange if you not in the US so you have to re-order, thats another £5 shipping. You can send back using their Pre-paid shipping label but be warned that pre-paid shipping label will cost you £12 by way of them taking £12 off your returned item refund. So for a T-shirt that costs £23.10 it will eventually cost £28 in shipping. I'll just keep the one that doesn't fit and use it to wash the car.

Ordered two pair shoes. One pair, the right shoe was not glued down. Tried to get No Bull to exchange but they would not because I couldn't find the order number - couldn't remember which email I used and they could not look it up any other way. Very disappointed they don't stand behind their product and that they were willing to try looking up by my phone number.

Have been a long time top tier customer, but their customer service, especially chat, is terrible and super frustrating. Making it worse is their lack of transparency on promotions and ability to use rewards earned, especially as they have increased prices so dramatically. You can't get away with stuff like this if you want to keep loyal customers. back to Nike for sure

I have been trying for days to get a response from customer services re; the non-receipt of an order placed 9 days ago. I have had no update on my order at all and just feel as if I'm getting the run around. Absolutely no actual response just 'we'll get back to you' or 'please reach out again if you need help'. My first and definitely last experience with this company.

Highly Misleading since the Public Rec Merger. They advertised sneakers for sale at $99 ( I have screen shots) then when you go to pay it adjusts to $150). I at first thought it was a code issue but it’s not. The website is replete with issues like this. They also have a rather misleading “checkout and package protection fee” which is an obvious junk fee and to remove it you have to click on a tiny link below the checkout button. It has become so scammy I can’t even bring myself to order from them anymore as if I have to worry this much about how they are trying to screw me, it’s not really worth it. I’m surprised such a developed brand would resort to these desperate antics.

Nobull España es una estafa nunca me llegó el pedido ,ni mail de confirmación ni responden los mensajes

They showed one price on the product screen then another on the checkout screen. Very deceptive. There was definitely some bull.

Ordered a t shirt and running shoes, the items arrived no issue. The shoes were tight exchanged for a larger size, went through the process… the small shoes were received by Nobull, supposedly my replacement shoes were shipped, but I have not received them. Shoes were supposed to be delivered on 3/9 according tracking info, then it changed to another date, then another… As of today supposedly my shoes are somewhere on the east coast, with no clear answer from anyone on when I will get my shoes. Oh, my 1st order arrived smelling like weed, due to the delivery company they hire. I had hopes for this company, but this has been a epic failure… lack of customer support and communication to resolve the issue.
