I wanted to return a pair for another type of shoe. The process was inconvenient. Customer Service wouldn't allow providing the discount code back with the exchange/return. Terrible hospitality and inconvenient. I won't be a returning customer. I wanted to try this new company but unfortunately the support team doesn't value potential new returning customers.

Never order from nobulluae website. It’s a scam. I ordered, paid, received a mail and tracking…then received a pair of 1 dollar sunglasses instead of training shoes that i paid for

The problem is...they never have anything in stock? I have checked for a year on Golf Shoes. Also V Neck TShirt. I check daily to just try and find them in stock. Never an email sent that they are back in stock (yes I have signed up for that as well) So why even have it as an option if it is never in stock. No help from Customer service. ARNAQUE : j’ai acheté une paire de basket et un teeshirt il y a une quinzaine de jours.. et je viens de recevoir un plaid gris avec une adresse venant de Chine ! Lors du règlement, il a été noté « règlement non validé » mais j’ai bien été débité … donc ne vous faites pas avoir !!

Je confirme que le site "Nobull France" est une escorquerie pure et simple. Commande de 70 € il y a 17 jours, un avis de paiement reçu et c'est tout. Service commercial introuvable, mail adressé sans réponse. Ce qui aurait dû m'alerter : tous les modèles en solde (!!!) et toutes les tailles disponibles (!!!).

I tried ordering online, but after submitting card details, the page redirects to a random different url and asks for card payment details again. The 'new' url is unrelated and random, like 'lasheyeserum.com'. I retried three times and then cancelled, dont feel comfortable using this.

I ordered some shorts and a t shirt. My order was passed to a Chinese company that sent me a wallet instead. Worse customer experience I have ever had on line.
