The T-shirts are so soft. My son in law loves this brand so I purchased them for one of his Christmas gifts. My package was lost in the mail, but customer service solved the issue. I do wish they had a phone number to actually speak to a representative, but emailing back and forth worked out fine.

Got a pair of the shoes for Xmas and they were way small. At least 1/2 size. I was able to send back at no charge and once I had the FedEx number they processed my exchange and didn’t have to wait. Not had that happened with other retailers. Big fan
