Worst customer experience ever. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes. They arrived in destination country and re-routed to some random 3rd party to deliver. Suddenly order is being re-routed to origin country with no explanation or attempt for delivery. Customer service was appalling basically telling me to wait and see. Spoke to 6 different people of which none of them provided a solution and no follow up on what they promised. (Ie. Following up next day on status) . Finally got a refund and the only offer they provided with a 20% coupon for another order. Needless to say I didn't use it.

ARNAQUE !! Je me suis faite avoir comme une bleu... J'ai acheté une paire de claquette pour 58€ sur Nobullfrance et après plus d'un mois d'attente je reçois une paire de lunette pourri qui vient de chine... Une belle arnaque ! Fuyez !

Received both pairs of shoes. Each pair had a spot where the binding by the laces was already fraying (right out of the box). No support and they felt really tight in the width. I do not wear wide width shoes. I found them to be cheaply made. Sent them back. Definitely NOT worth all the hype or the money.

Tried ordering from this company and they canceled my order twice but still took the money out of my account. They told me to verify with my bank the billing information which I did and was correct. Attempted to chat with customer service and they told me to try the order again which I did and they took the money but canceled the order again. Do not recommend shopping from this company

Fake Canadian website, do not order. The original website never has enough stock, and honestly pretty crappy that they're allowing so many scam websites with their name. One of those situations where I'd give less than a one star if I could. Stay away!

Shoes only lasted 4 months of regular use before they started falling apart. I contacted Customer Service for a resolution and they weren't helpful. These shoes are pretty, but for the expense, they don't last and aren't worth the price.

Never ever order by this one, never got my pair of shoes, but they have taken my money for one pair of shoes and transport 1200kr. They have a lot of excouse, but they dont want to pay me back. And ofcurse I have the payment order for the shoes and transport.
