I discovered that once your order has been placed they are unable to cancel or make any changes, even if you paid 30 seconds before the request and they don’t even started packing it. So I’ wait for something I already know I’change, waisting time, money and patience… never again.

I still have not received my order and it has been 2 weeks now when delivery stated 2–3 days. The tracking got disconnected the next day and all customer service has said is that they are trying to find out what happened but no response so they offered me a 15% discount which expires in a couple of months 🤣 I still haven’t even received my first order and they want me to still shop with them. I have also stated I will not be in the country any longer so I either neither a replacement order or a refund, which they didn’t have the decency to offer in the first place but have also not done either. I feel like this is a scam, which is very disappointing coming from someone who is apart of and has big love for the CrossFit community.

Fiz uma encomenda de umas saptilhas que estavam a bom preço (80 euros) mas era um engodo. Acabei por pagar com os custos da alfandaga um total de 150 euros e recebi uns oculos de sol, made in china. São uns vigaristas (aparentemente Asiaticos) sem escrúpolos, que andam a enganar as pessoas e como já percebi não fui a única. Pena é que não haja ninguem que meta esta gente na cadeia.

Waaay over priced for the shoes bought crossfit/ lift and running shoes. Waaay over priced. Customer service was really crappy. Would not give me a tracking number for my items over a month late and even paid for expedited, packaging, and shipment. I eventually my money will be returned to me, but I return the items back two weeks ago and still have yet to get an email with confirmation or my money. Another words don’t buy trash company

Bought two pairs of shoes and only received one pair, spent the next three weeks with customer service trying to get the missing pair of shoes. Customer service is terrible, false promises, story changed in the middle of the chat so they are not honest. My wife finally posted negative comments on Instagram, this actually worked

Scammers. Placed my order 15 days ago. Still waiting for the items to be shipped. 2 days ago they sent me a fake tracking number with DHL that was never handled over to the courier

Atrocious service. Dismissive, lazy, uncaring. An absolute disaster, despite being a wonderful brand. 2+ weeks of chats, chasing and false promises for follow up. Reps that don't read through tickets and a general sense of "we've got your money, now get out of here".
