As others have mentioned, their no refund/exchange on sale items is a joke. It is not in their standard T&Cs of you check online. It also contravenes the Consumer Credit Act 2015 in the UK: "Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. Sales of this kind are known as ‘distance selling’. You must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told you." The problem with Nobull is their sizes are wildly different. I'm a large in t shirt and medium in a hoody so how are you meant to get the size right first time? It's a shame because their items are nice but leaves a very bitter taste in the mouth.

Ordered a hooded top which arrived but was unfortunately too small. Nobull offered a no return or exchange as it was a sale item. Expensive clothing, poor customer service. Be aware of these cowboys.

Awful customer service, ordered shirt and jacket almost a month back, have contacted them multiple ways including text, facebook, email, every time says rest assured your order will be on its way Joke of a company, I would advise saving yourself money and hassle, I am gonna dispute the charge with my credit card

I ordered a shirt and shorts on September 24, 2023. Neither item was back ordered. I have NOT received a shipping confirmation yet!! Customer service has been awful and continuously repeats the same lazy message. Overwhelming orders. Really, Just place the two items in a box and send it.

I honestly don't know how nobull are still in business. I wouldn't be surprised if this is some sort of money laundering business. They take weeks to send out items, discount codes through subscribing don't work, customer service are useless and just send automated messages. Most of their stuff is out of stock and never restocked. How these have the brand presence they do is insane. The quality of their stuff is good when you actually have it, but the experience is absolutely not worth the hassle. Have to constantly chase - horrible consumer brand
