The absolute worst customer experience and service I have encountered. Do they not realize anyone can walk into a store today and purchase a pair of Hokas or OnClouds without experiencing the pain of their shipping service?

Shocking customer service and returns policy. Was bought 3 sweatshirts for Christmas, wrong size ordered and can’t return them for exchange because they are in the sale. I’m left with 3 jumpers that are way too big. Wont be ordering from Nobull again.

Sent me the wrong size and now I have to fork out the money for a return. No free returns for the UK. Should have done my research before ordering.

I received a pair of 8.5 US shoes and they seemed very small. The shoes appeared to be a children size. I could not even get my foot in the shoes. I took the shoes to a shoe maker. After measuring the shoes he stated that according to standard US size that the shoes are actually a 7.5. Since the shoes were sold at clearance nobull will not return them. I should have read the reviews first because it seems that nobull does this frequently. It's a great scam, list shoes that are defective at sale price for a loss but don't offer returns. Total ripoff
