Mi experiencia con esta web ha sido decepcionante. nunca llego el producto, falta de transparencia y servicio al cliente inexistente. A otros usuarios, les recomiendo precaución y buscar alternativas más fiables.

Avoid if in the UK. My order took weeks to arrive, then when it finally did arrive, it turns out they have changed their clothing sizing - suddenly the size that I’ve been ordering forever no longer fits. I put in a request to return and have been charged £12 to return despite them advertising free returns - apparently they’ve changed their policy but half their website says otherwise. If you’re going to order from Nobull, order from a reputable site in the UK like WIT and avoid their own at all costs, otherwise it will cost you. Such a shame as it used to be so good!

Then charged me £12 for returns shipping, despite advertising on the home page "Free UK returns". Feel like I'm being gaslit by customer services when I questioned this.

Je tente en vain de contacter le service d'aide indiqué via cette adresse service @ornatey.com" mais je recois à chaque fois un message me disant que le message n'a pas pu etre envoyé... Quelqu'un a-t-il déjà été confronté à cela ou connait il une autre adresse à contacter?
