Carlos took very good care of me. As a first timer he understood that I had a lot of questions and he very patiently explained things so that I could understand. He always returned my calls or initiated the call to help me. If not for Mr. Moreno I probably would have talked myself out of investing. His associate waa also very helpful when it came time to select my investment options. They were very professional and also treated me like a friend.
