I've been waiting over a week to try and resolve an issue for over contribution to my ira. 1st no one seem to have a clue that I put to much money in the accts and when I realized it and suggested a solution NO ONE has gotten back to me. I'm sure everyone is busy but it doesn't take but a second to let your customer know you are actually working on a solution. The time difference from east of the US to the west coast is also and issue

My first interaction at Noble Gold was with John. He was knowledgeable and informative about my inquiry of a precious metals ira, called me several times and sent info about opening an account. The check from my previous ira account got lost and Lori was very helpful in calling them, cancelling it and getting a replacement. I then dealt with Hope to place my order and she was great as well. Everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable, and not high pressure. I would definitely recommend Noble Gold to anyone looking to purchase precious metals!
