Had to wait 7 weeks. Original time was 2/3 weeks. Third party logistics problems, which wasn't known from the start, so it was a bit weird waiting without knowing what was going on. Wasn't really steelcase fault, so hope it doesn't happen a lot.

Service was great, although it would have been perfect if it had some more communication (for example, the delivery window was 2 to 8 weeks, and when shipment was out, no tracking was provided). It's too early to talk about the chair itself, but it looks nice.

Die Lieferung hat gut geklappt, wurde aber bei einem ungewissen Lieferzeitpunkt zu kurzfristig (1 Tag vorher) angekündigt. Aber, das Produkt erfüllt meine Erwartungen vollumfänglich.
