Chairs have delivery time 2-3 weeks. Now it is 4th week already and no chair, no information, no update. I paid 1250 EUR for a chair and the company can't even deliver on time. No message saying sorry. Very disappointed with the service.

Nach mehr als 4 Wochen ist von der Ware weit und breit keine Spur. Info seitens des Spediteurs Rhenus: "Wegen eines Bürosessels fahren wir nicht mit einem 40-Tonner nach Wien"! Die Fa. Steelcase zerstört auf diese Weise ihr an sich nicht schlechtes Image. Schade, so kann ich Steelcase auf keinem Fall weiterempfehlen! Nachtrag vom 8.11.2022: Habe die Bestllung storniert, weil die Spedition mir nicht sagen konnte, wo sich der sessel gerade befindet. Empfehlung: Wenn man nicht in Deutschland lebt, Bestellung nicht bei Steelcase direkt im Internet platzieren, sondern einen Händler (z.B. Amazon) dafür verwenden.

En la web se comprometieron a 2 semanas de entrega y al llegar a las dos semanas sin noticias llamé y me dijeron que 3 semanas más. No entiendo que den un plazo impreciso a la hora de hacer el pedido. Al menos me han dicho que me devuelven el dinero, al reclamar. Excelente gestión de quien me atendió, por cierto.

Tiempo de entrega demasiado largo (1 mes). He comprado otra mesa de otra empresa y me han entregado en 3 días. Ademas, no se tiene ninguna información del pedido por ningún medio de comunicación, a no ser cuando llamas a la tienda Steelcase "por la mañana", pues por la tarde la persona responsable nunca esta disponible. Experiencia horrible!

El paquete se entregó sin avisar ni por correo ni por teléfono con anterioridad. No supe que había salido a entrega hasta que llamaron en mi domicilio. La silla viene con un desperfecto en el mallado del respaldo.

I ordered a chair from the website. Everything goes well and I already made an appointment with the local dealer to have it delivered. At the time of writing this review, my chair is not delivered yet. My one star review is solely based on their backoffice. I’ve requested a company invoice. Waiting for almost 3 weeks now, have sent 3 reminders and in the mean time they have sent me an invoice of someone else including name and address. Haven’t heard of them ever since.
