Steelcase, Inc.Reviews of nl.steelcase.com

I understand good things take time. But three weeks is a long period without any status updates about the progress. Although the delivery time is long, with minimal updates on progress. I have to say that I absolutely love the chair! It’s made very well and sits very very good.

Original (January): Refurbished or bad assembled, need adjustment. Review will be useful in long term, also to check value for price. Update (April): Two months later they claim contact details, and, after one month waiting since I send them details, I didn't get in touch by anybody. Awful post service sell. Problem unsolved Update (May): I have received a call, they have apologized for a bureaucratic problem and have sent a technician next day to check the wheelchair. According to the technician, the clearence of the wheelchair is normal after a bit of use because is not a rigid chair, also one arm a little looser than the other is normal and came from fabric, and technician remove the seat and check not broken pieces.

Everything went well overall, but tracking the order is not the easiest, since no detailed information is provided in the order status. Delivery took a week longer than planned, but the item was carefully packed, and the chair arrived in perfect condition.

Grate chairs..... Worth the wait.... But terrible delivery experience.... At first I was looking on the website to check out how long it would take to deliver, I found something somewhere saying it should be delivered within 5 days... 2 weeks later my chair was delivered to the delivery company in Germany, 3 weeks after that they contacted me to choose a delivery date. A week after that, the most amazing chair in the world, got in my possession and it could start feeling the warmth of my but :) Working has never felt better.

Goed product , alleen de lever tijd was erg lang! Afspraken zijn netjes nagekomen over de levering.
