We’re truly sorry to hear that the part failed so soon after installation — that’s certainly not the experience we want for our customers. Please reach out to us with your order number and any details you can provide about the issue. We’d like to look into this further and see how we can make it right for you. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate the opportunity to address it.

Thank you for your feedback — we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear you’ve found our prices competitive, but we understand how shipping costs can affect the overall value. We’re actively reviewing our shipping rates and options to see where we can improve while ensuring safe, reliable delivery of parts. Your input helps us identify where adjustments are needed, and we’ll be sure to pass this along to our team. Thank you again for giving us a try, and we hope to have the chance to better serve you in the future.
