I called and left a message with parts…
I called and left a message with parts department making sure they still have the part we paid for but never picked up and I did not get a return phone call.

The Nissan Staunton Service Department…
The Nissan Staunton Service Department is top notch and the BEST Dealership encounter that I have ever experienced. I was quoted a price for the work I needed to have done on my Rogue and the final bill was under the quoted price. John Turner was very polite and knowledgeable. He kept me informed throughout the process of my vehicle repairs. I won't hesitate to go back for service in the future. A satisfied Nissan customer.

the part was not identical to factory
the part was not identical to factory. like 90% the logo on floormat was a different color as depicted in photo. I will use them but a slight variation is still annoying the orderding process and delivery were satisfactory.
