I had a lovely yoga session with Dr Helen this morning. She is lovely and I am enjoying the sessions very much. Since working with Dr Helen I am feeling much calmer and happier. I am very pleased with how I am treated working with this company and would highly recommend.

I have been with Yara for 5 months now. In this time I have become more flexible, my digestive issues are resolving and my sleep is much improved. I have had a lot of compliments from people saying how well I look too. I would definitely recommend Yara as the plan for nutrition and yoga alike are individualised which meets my needs. I have a wonderful health coach who I can contact as often as I want and she holds me accountable as per my wishes and I can speak to the doctor who is taking care of my nutrition whenever I need to. Dr Nandhini is an excellent yoga master, she asks me how I am and adapts the practice to help me, for instance I have had a session with her today and I was quite flat and felt very cold. Within 5 minutes I had a huge smile on my face and by 10 minutes I was stripping off my layers. I have more energy, vitality and better mood and sleep now. Thank you Yara

I thoroughly enjoy Dr.Shristi's classes. They are fully customised and she ensures that my injuries and pain points are well looked after during the session. She also also gives wonderful advice that I really appreciate. Furthermore, every session is recorded that allows you to easily follow the stretches for the rest of the week.

Following the yoga and food programme set for my personal needs by Nirva resulted in better quality sleep , weight loss and a reduction in menopausal symptoms. After 4 weeks on this programme I feel better than I have in years. The Nirva team are friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

I have been using the Nirva yoga session since last year October 2022. They are very great and always have this personal touch with individually . If I ask any questions relating to health and mental they promptly reply to the questions. Also when I don’t follow the app they send reminders and ping me to keep up with the yoga session . Their app is customized one so it suits your level of yoga practice. I have been suffering lower back issues hence they have been taking care with suitable yoga stretches etc . My work and life comes with loads of stress and their calming session is unbelievable and it gives me peace surprisingly I fall asleep .

I've been having problems with my stomach for many years. I've had many hospital tests and scans and none of the various doctors/consultants were able to tell me what was wrong. I also had problems with sleeping, water retention, bloating, and all of this was negatively impacting my overall health and wellbeing. At Yara they really listened to me to understand what the issues are, and what I wanted to achieve, and then tailored my diet plan and yoga sessions to my specific needs. They've been able to help me improve my gut health, my sleep, i've lost weight, so overall my health has improved significantly in such a short space of time. Thank you Dr Naveen and Dr Soni, and in particular Dr Rishini who has been a constant support, keeps me motivated and makes sure that I stay on track!

Yara staff are so welcoming and supportive. They tailor a plan directly to suit your individual requirements and to help manage all your symptoms. The yoga practice has really helped my moods and sleeping so much better. The diet plan is easy to follow.

After 4 weeks I have no more gut pain, bloating has gone down, my bowl movements have returned to normal and no more feeling sluggish in the morning! Oh and I’ve post 9lbs which is a bonus. Colleagues and friends have noticed a change in me looking more healthy in my skin, movement and weight loss. Thankful for being so well supported on this journey to better health and feeling better about myself too 😊
