NinjaTemplates LLCReviews of ninjatemplates.com

We chose Ninja Templates to design a new ebay template for our ebay store about 5 years ago. I was impressed with their processes for gathering my information and working quickly through the steps required to create a quality product. The template is still in use after 5 years and is still modern and effective. We then chose Ninja Templates to design a template for our new Big Commerce store about 3 years ago. The process was even better the second time around and we decided to ask Ninja to help us create a new Logo for our company. The store design and logo have been well received in our buyer community. When we need a new product in the Ninja Templates domain we will ask them to create it without going through a review of their competitors. I have every confidence in them.

We first found Ninja Templates when we were forced to upgrade our eBay webstore. Augustus and Jenna patiently and adeptly helped us navigate the new eBay changes. The Ninja eBay template that they provided has allowed us to present our products in a clean, consistent, eBay-compliant, and SEO-friendly manner. Since applying the Ninja template, our brand recognition has grown, our customers are able to find us more quickly and easily, and most importantly our eCommerce sales have quadrupled. We again reached out to Augustus and Jenna to help us move our outdated Stanchions Express website from a Magento platform. They suggested that we move to BigCommerce. During the move we had them customize a BigCommerce theme for us. Again, their knowledge, expertise, and business relationships helped us quickly and easily get Stanchions Express up on the BigCommerce platform. We can’t believe how easy working with BigCommerce is compared to Magento and we have Ninja Templates to thank for it. The Stanchions Express migration and refresh went so well, that we’ve now enlisted Ninja Templates to assist us in moving our much larger Quik Stage website to Big Commerce. As expected, the larger website has presented new challenges, but Ninja Templates as remained with us throughout the entire journey. Regardless of the task, Ninja Templates has consistently provided outstanding customer guidance and support. They remain focused on meeting and, more often than not, exceeding the customer’s expectations with their results and responsiveness. Have no doubt, Augustus and Jenna are committed to customer satisfaction. Ninja Templates has helped take our eCommerce to the next level. Many, many thanks to Augustus and Jenna for all their help.

I paid for a service. I never received any of the service and or product I paid for. Tried to make contact with this company and received back no responses except an email stating in Texas for a show. Requested a refund from paying receiving source and was informed that they do not cover for digital content. Due to requesting a refund I was told by this company that I voided the contract. Nothing fraudulent in this review in the least. Proof of experience was given and the review is correct and actual in every way. If this review is indeed fraudulent Trustpilot would have had it removed. If we were not a customer of Ninja Templates again Trustpilot would have removed this review. Do you know what is perfect Karma? I am not out of business due to AI and this company will be if not already due to the fact that designing a website is easy because we do not have to write code. AI does everything. Karma really stinks!
