I have purchased a indicator bundle and addon to it after a short video that promised 30 days risk free. Indicators were not compiling properly and i could not get help. the returned phone calls were only to sell me more, nobody called from support. I had no choice than to remove indicators completely. The addon had no value at all. After that I requested refund as was promised in 30 days risk free guarantee. For more that a week I did not hear from sales representative, only got an article about refund policy on some robotfactory from them so far. Not only the product is defective but they apparently do not honor their refund policy or mislead in the videos.
