The purse was scuffed and missing the magnets to make it stay shut I wanted to live it but it was just not what I hoped it would be

The item I ordered is very high quality and beautiful! I got a belt with clasping hands belt buckle. It has stirdy craftsmanship and is very comfortable. Way better than expected! Thank you!

I ordered products in early April, received only part of the order within a couple of weeks and the other part of the order in late June. No update from company on what the hold up was - I can't trust that I'll receive items in a reasonable time in the future, so I won't be a returning customer.

We're very sorry for the delay you experienced and completely understand your frustration. Earlier this year, we faced unexpected international tariffs and wider supply chain disruptions that affected a number of orders. We did send out notifications to keep customers informed, but it's possible ours didn’t reach you — and we regret any confusion that may have caused. We've also checked our records and unfortunately haven’t received any emails from you. Had we known, we would have been happy to help resolve things right away. We always encourage customers to reach out if something seems off — we're here and responsive. We take pride in the quality of our products and the experience we offer, and while this situation was far from ideal, it has only deepened our commitment to communication, accountability, and customer care. Thank you for your feedback — it helps us improve every step of the way. All the best, Stanley Customer Service

I have been waiting years to be able to buy this belt and every time I could afford it, it sold out. Finally, now was my chance! I expected the long wait as I knew it was handcrafted and I paid in installments. UPS left it at the wrong apartment but I was able to find it after a couple days. The packaging was beautiful and the belt was wrapped within it carefully. The belt itself was exactly as advertised. I was concerned that it would be too small or too big but it fit perfectly. I can’t wait to wear it out!
