Working with Delora and the Slice Squad team was the absolute best decision I could have made for my business! Having someone to bounce ideas off of and someone to keep me accountable was SO worth it! She really helped me to streamline my business, not only becoming more profitable, but I enjoy what I do so much more now. The confidence I’ve gained working with Delora is priceless! Adriana is the BEST!!! I have done 2 intensives with SSC and I have loved everyone I’ve worked with, but something about working with Adriana REALLY catapulted my mindset and my income. When we began working together, I was facing some mental road blocks regarding the structure of my business and she really helped me get down to the bottom of the issues I was having and how to work through them. I also think it’s important to note, I have ADHD, and she really was able to understand me on another level and coach me to what works for my brain. I loved that and needed that badly.. I’ve never had that from a coach or mentor ever. To the entire SSC team… I cannot thank you enough!

My journey with Slice Squad Consulting has been both heartwarming and profoundly beneficial. Connecting with my consultant, Kayla S., felt like finding a kindred spirit in the industry. Her deep understanding and responsiveness to the nuances of my experience as an established salon owner truly stood out, making every interaction a pleasure. Investing in this program might seem daunting at first glance due to the cost, yet the wealth of knowledge and resources available—ranging from an extensive video library to engaging live sessions—undeniably offers more than your money's worth. It's like uncovering a treasure trove of insights and expertise. I do have a small note of feedback, though. The program's intensity, with its abundance of content over 90 days, can feel a bit overwhelming, like being swept away by a tide of information. A more succinct, detailed roadmap early on would help focus the journey, ensuring every step is as enriching as possible. This already exists in the program, but could be relied upon more heavily. In essence, Slice Squad Consulting feels like a vibrant community and a powerhouse of knowledge. A touch more curation could polish its already impressive offerings. Diving into SSC means you're always engaged, always learning, and never alone on your professional path.

I think that the experience was overall extremely helpful. It was at the very beginning of my career that I knew I needed help and this was just the place to do. These amazing people of slice squad we one of my best support systems. And could have asked for a more enlightened experience that what I had.

I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist working with Jackie. So far my experience has been wonderful. Jackie is very responsive and helpful to my concerns. I communicated that I need specific direction and she does her best to do just that. I've learned a lot and grown a lot thus far and am eager to see how much more growth can be achieved. I really appreciate the accountability as I could just as easily let things go undone but Jackie does not let me do so and is constantly cheering me on. 2 very minor critiques - First, I do wish a lot of the content was geared towards more than just hair. I find that having to do the extra step of figuring out how to apply the tools & tips to can be a bit frustrating at times. If you do hair, you have very specific examples laid out every time. If not, but still want the same examples, you'll need to contact your consultant and/or make a live class. The live classes are truly great, I just can't always make the times work. Secondly, I do feel a bit panicked about having to memorize all of this information before the 90 days is up. I did not realize the access was temporary upon signing up. Overall, it's a great program with a ton of useful information, tips, tools & support.

Throughout this 90 day program I have learned so much about what I needed to do to not only work in my business but work on it. Randi has guided me step by step on analyzing what was not working for me, what I needed to work on, and the steps I needed to take to get to where I want to be. How to organize my scatter brain thoughts, understand my finances, learn about branding and marketing, new techniques, and the zoom classes ! Having a community where we are all motivating and listening to each others struggles and ideas has been so amazing for me especially as a booth renter. They don’t teach you this stuff in hairschool, and I recommend this program to anyone wanting to be a well rounded successful business owner. The only thing that I don’t love after investing more on this program than I’ve ever invested in any education, is I wish I still had access to the videos in the slice squad app as I did pay so much money and there are hundreds of videos, some an hour + long (and I spend HOURS watching as many videos/zoom classes as I could DURING the holidays 🙃) that I didn’t have time to watch and lost access to after my 90 days which I think is a little unfair

Tia was my mentor and amazing, she gave me every resource I asked for and gave me gentle nudges keep me on task. 🤩 The entire slice squad team have been the biggest cheerleaders. This experience has been an incredible investment in myself and my business, providing me so many new tools to Implement. Hands down if you are feeling bored in your career, starting out, wanting a community of like Minded people, and a life changing experience then take the leap with Nikki and her amazing team you will NOT be disappointed.
