Best decision I have ever made. My business has grown exponentially and My coach KAYLA is the bomb!!! I really enjoyed our personal calls and feel like I have gained more than just a mentor but a friend in the industry we shared a lot of very personal moments and when I wanted to give up, Kayla kept me going. She was fun to pick her brain and shared a lot of tips and tricks with me that I still carry till this day. Slice Squad really changed my life and I can’t wait to become a part of slice strands

I am so thankful I took a chance and started consulting. When I first started this journey, they ask you to set goals for the year. I picked an amount that I thought was crazy and past my reality and let me tell you---WOW! My coach Stephanie has helped me achieve way more than I ever thought was possible. She puts in extra effort to help out and respond in a timely manner! She reaches out when I’m struggling personally and professionally and helps to get me back on track and focused. I couldn’t have been paired with a better fit!I'm so grateful for everything I have learned and all of the support I've gotten

I have been a part of the SSC program for six months now & I am very happy with my experience. I would say the most valuable part of this program is the people & the community they’ve created. My consultant, Randi, couldn’t have been better. She was diligent with her work & really took the time to know me & understand my business’ needs. I traveled to Colorado this spring & Jackie went out of her way to meet up with me while I was there. She likely has no idea how much her willingness to give me her time & talk meant to me. I really cannot say enough good things. While my time is over for now, I can’t wait to watch these ladies carve a path in our industry to improve the lives of everyone they touch ♥️

When I started with SSC 90 days ago, I came in thinking that this was going to be just like any other education I had taken before. I wanted to be right, My ego, walls, and defense mechanisms were on high alert, after coming out of a toxic salon situation. I was at a breaking point. I love the hair industry but felt I needed more, and could not put my finger on it. My experience has been nothing short of astonishing. I turned my entire business over to my amazing coach Tia, who is a wealth of resources and has helped me stream line my once chaotic mess, into a smoother business. Having classes available three times a week that focuses on becoming a speed queen with faster techniques, business mindsets, and anything else you can imagine is knowledge that you can not put a price tag on. By the end of my 90 days my weekly income increased by 111% I work less, my clients are enjoying being in the salon for less time too, and I have support from a group of amazing humans 24/7 The ONE regret I have is not starting this sooner. SSC wasn't a game changer for me.... it is a life saver.

I ended up doing business consulting and slice strands extensions at the same time. I am an independent suite owner, so I felt as though it was crucial for myself and my business- the accountability was amazing. My coach Andrea was nothing but kind and knowledgeable during the amazing process with anything that I needed. She gave me the tools And guided me. Obviously, it’s up to you how quick you want to move in the program, but life, changing techniques, and information I will utilize forever behind the chair.

I have absolutely loved my time with SSC and my consultant Andrea and I were a perfect match! I just went independent into a salon suite less than 6 months ago and was struggling with my new role as an entrepreneur. I kept seeing Nicki’s videos on instagram and knew I needed a change! I have never invested in myself like this before and am so glad because not only did my business but my mind has grown so much in the last 90 days! I’m so excited to still be apart of the team as I go on to learn Slice Strands! If you’re still on the fence just leap I promise it will be the best thing you ever did!

This programme is not for the faint of heart. There will be tears of joy, tears of despair. But to thrive in this industry today, you need to completely flip everything on its head. But what you finally emerge as, is an entirely reimagined version of yourself beyond ANYthing you could imagine. For the most part, the skills you learn are entirely transferable to other ventures. Every area of your life is improved, not just professionally. Worth every. Single. Penny. Adriana, thank you. You are magic. I’ll miss our catch ups! X

I cannot say enough good about this company! The powerhouse of women that work together to bring other women up to their level is outstanding… Tia was my mentor for the consulting part of this program, and has transformed my business into nothing but success. Alyssa and Nikki have given so many techniques and tips to save so much time while working effectively to give our customer their hair desires.. I would highly recommend this company for any hairstylist, who is looking to grow their business in the right way. This was truly the best investment I have ever made for my business. And the reward has already been well worth it. Can’t wait to see what this next year will bring me❤️
